We are engaged and involved in our local communities, supporting charities and other small businesses. Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) is high on our agenda as we believe it is important for a business (even a small, family run business like us!) to give back, and to foster strong connections with other local businesses as well as the individuals it serves.

In our commitment to ethical practices, we uphold good governance and stringent anti-corruption measures, ensuring transparency, integrity, and trust in every aspect of our business.
2. Environmental Responsibility: We aim to minimise our environmental impact by reducing paper waste through digital document storage, responsible sourcing, and by using energy-efficient practices in our office.
3. Community Engagement: We actively engage with and support our local community. We are a Legacy Partner with a local palliative care hospice, donating time and a free will writing service. We are actively developing other opportunities to engage with and support our community.
4. Employee Well-being: We prioritise the well-being of our employees, ensuring a healthy work-life balance, fair wages, a nurturing work environment, and opportunities for growth and development.
5. Client Education: We are committed to educating our clients about the importance of estate planning and ensuring that their wishes are upheld, which contributes to their peace of mind.
6. Transparency: We maintain open and honest communication with our clients, offering clear pricing and ensuring they fully understand the services we provide.
